Level 1:- Free with all our dedicated servers
- We quickly replace faulty hardware following a failure
Level 2: 10$/month
- Everything included in Level 1, plus:
- Ping monitoring of your server
- Automatic email notifications in case of problems
Level 3: 50$/month
- Everything included in Level 2, plus:
- cPanel license included
- Initial configuration: OS, firewall, web server, database, firewall
- Up to 30 minutes of custom server management work (performance, installation, troubleshooting)
Level 4: 95$/month
- Everything included in Level 3, plus:
- Automatic intervention by our team in case of availability or performance issues
- Emergency Intervention plan in case of server outage
- Up to 60 minutes of custom server management work (performance, installation, troubleshooting)
Level 5: 145$/month
- Everything included in Level 4, plus:
- Fully Managed Server
- Proactive interventions for performance, security, and availability problems
- Direct access to your own personal server manager for fast and efficient issue resolution
- Help with third-party software installations such as Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, Moodle, and more
- Up to 120 minutes of custom server management work (performance, installation, troubleshooting)
