The Professional Webmaster Help service is available to all of our customers at a rate of C$85.00/hour (plus applicable taxes). With it, you may request help from an experienced web technician who will be able to perform (or help you perform) the following tasks:
- Transferring your web site to another server,
- Installing/integrating web software
- Adding or modifying content to your website
- Optimizing/verifying your code
- Debug specific website issues
- Personal training
To order this service together with a new hosting account, simply get in touch with us by phone, email or live chat. An agent will note your needs and a webmaster will get back to you with a quote.
Please note that the Webmaster Help service cannot guarantee a specific result. The technician will do all that he can to complete the tasks within the allotted time, but depending on the complexity of the project, this may not be feasible. In this case, we'll reach out to you and request your authorization before committing additional billable hours to your project.
