The Reseller Console, also called WHM (short for Web Host Manager), allows you to create new hosting accounts as well as manage existing hosting accounts. The following two methods may be used to access the WHM.
Method 1 - Client Area
- Log in to the Client Area using your email address and password
- Click on My Services
- If you have several services with us, find your Reseller service and click on Details
- Click on the link called WHM Reseller Console
- If prompted, enter your WHM username and password. This information would have been emailed to you following your account's activation. If you have forgotten your password, click on Change cPanel Password (the WHM and Reseller cPanel share the same username and password) in order to enter a new password, then try logging in again.
- There you have it! You should now be logged in to your WHM
Method 2 - Direct Link
NOTE: This method only works if your domain name is active, and if its DNS servers have been correctly configured to point to our servers. This will be the case by default if you have purchased your domain name through us.
- In your browser's address bar, enter the following URL: http://yourdomain.com/whm (replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name)
- You will be prompted to enter a username and password. This information should have been emailed to you following your Reseller Account's activation. If you have forgotten your password, please consult the password approach described above, in Method 1.
- There you have it! You should now be logged in to your WHM
