This article will walk you through setting up your Solutionz-eWeb email account on your iPhone. The article was based on iOS 10.3, but should also apply for future versions.

We assume that you have already created your email account in your cPanel, under Email Accounts.

On your iPhone or iPad:

1. Tap Settings. Generally, the Settings icon appears in one of your device's main screens.

2. Tap Mail.

3. Tap Add Account.

4. Tap Other.

5. Tap Add Mail Account.

6. Enter the following information in the New Account interface's text boxes:

1. In the Name text box, enter the name that you wish to use for the email account.

2. In the Email text box, enter your email address.

3. In the Password text box, enter the password for the email account.

4. In the Description text box, enter a description for the email account.

7. Tap Next to proceed to the next screen in the New Account interface.

8. Select a mailbox type and verify information. We recommend that you select the IMAP mailbox type. If you select the POP3 mailbox type, the mobile device's email client will download all of the account's email messages, and then remove the messages from the server. You will not be able to access those messages from any other email client. Verify all of the information for your account, and then tap Next to proceed to the next screen in the New Account interface.

9. Enter the following information in Incoming Mail Server text boxes:

1. In the Host Name text box, enter the domain for the email account.

2. In the User Name text box, enter your email address.

3. In the Password text box, enter the password for the email account.
   

10. Tap SMTP to proceed to the next screen for the outgoing mail server
    

    1. In the Host Name text box, enter the domain for the email account.

    2. In the User Name text box, enter your email address.

    3. In the Password text box, enter the password for the email account.

    4. Enable SSL.
    5. Choose Password as authentification method and enter the port 587.

11. Then, tap Save to complete the account setup process.
