To transfer your services from one Solutionz-eWeb client to another:
- The new owner must open an account with us. They can do this directly from our web site, for free, in the Client Area's Join now link.
- The original owner must open a support ticket via the Client Area > Support > Support Tickets > New Support Ticket > Support, and must specify:
- The domain name, hosting account, and/or other services they wish to transfer (please be specific).
- The complete name and email address of the new account owner.
- We will process your request within 48 hours. Once the change has been made, it's also recommended that the new owner update their domain's contact information (also called WHOIS information) from the Client Area > My Domains > Contact Information.
